Job summary

The Coves at River Garden is seeking a friendly, reliable Part-Time Receptionist to join our front desk team in Jacksonville, Florida. You will greet residents, families, and visitors, answer calls, provide information, and support administrative tasks to ensure a welcoming community experience.

Minimum of two years as a receptionist is required, with two to three years customer service preferred. Background screening is required. EOE/DFW.

Qualifications

• Two to three years customer service experience preferred; Minimum of two years experience as a receptionist required.
• Background screening through Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and accurately.
• Provide general information about the community and services.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as mail sorting, data entry, and appointment scheduling.
• Monitor visitor access and ensure compliance with community protocols.
• Communicate effectively with staff across all departments.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
