Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to type accurately and use basic software.
• Clear and courteous communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-going switchboard/telephone coverage.
• Serve as receptionist and greet residents, guests, vendors.
• Distribute packages, mail and magazines; maintain sign-in logs.
• Enter general resident information into computer systems.
