Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service experience; hospitality, luxury retail or fine dining experience is preferred.

• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Polished, professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Represent Action Property Management and the Association by delivering exceptional 5-star customer service.
• Maintain the appearance of the front desk, lobby, and main elevators.
• Monitor lobby activity and manage access control; provide concierge services.
• Receive and distribute resident parcels; answer and direct incoming calls.
