• Receive and sign for deliveries using property systems; ensure deliveries reach residents efficiently.
• Coordinate contractor arrivals/departures and visits by realtors/homebuyers.
• Advise residents on rules and regulations set by property management.
• Follow procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access.
• Respond quickly to resident requests, calls, questions, or concerns.
• Maintain a sharp uniform and engage positively with residents.
