Peregrine Senior Living is seeking a part-time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents and visitors at our Albany, NY location. You will greet people, direct inquiries to the sales, marketing, and business office teams, and provide courteous assistance to residents and families.

Ideal candidates have prior experience answering phones or in customer service, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience answering telephones and/or in a customer service position preferred

Responsibilities

• First point of contact at the Communities for our customers through telephone and in-person communications
• Graciously greeting community residents, visitors, and family members, addressing questions or concerns of prospective or current residents and families, and providing support to sales and marketing and the business office
• Positively interacting with all visitors, current, and prospective residents
• Professional and able to effectively communicate with senior residents
