Floyd's 99 Barbershop - St Pete EDGE District is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Client Services Coordinator to join our front desk in a fast-paced, music-inspired salon. As a part-time team member, you will coordinate appointments, answer phones, greet clients, quote wait times, manage the waiting list, and assist with retail upsells while keeping the front desk organized.

Evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in salon or hospitality.
• Evening and weekend availability.
• Excellent phone and in-person communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with scheduling software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all client communications including phones and reservations.
• Quote wait times and inform clients of delays.
• Upsell retail and services where appropriate.
• Greet customers and check them in for appointments.
• Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness.
• Process transactions accurately in the POS system.
• Assist with retail stocking and product display.
