Job summary

Chinatown Community Development Center in San Francisco is seeking a part-time Desk Clerk to help maintain safety and security for tenants, staff, vendors, and visitors at 201 Turk.

The role operates 32 hours per week with evenings and weekend shifts, and includes comprehensive benefits. You will sign-in visitors, monitor exits, update logs, and communicate problems after hours to the proper staff.

Responsibilities

• Sign-in all visitors in accordance with building policies.
• Monitor building exits via surveillance and foot patrol during shift.
• Update the daily log with detailed information and pass it to on-site staff.
• Report House Rules violations to the Property Manager and escalate emergencies per protocol.
