Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• DOJ background clearance required or a valid school work permit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and engage members, guests, and children, creating a welcoming and hospitable environment while building positive connections throughout the Center.
• Provide front desk support by answering phones, assisting inquiries, checking in members/guests, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate member records.
• Respond promptly and professionally to questions, concerns, and feedback; ensure Center rules, policies, and safety guidelines are followed; escalate as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility through tidying, towel service, restocking, and communicating maintenance needs to Facilities.
• Assist with facility setup and breakdown and daily operations, including restacking weights and managing pool covers and lane lines; may involve lifting and moving items.
• Collaborate with Member Care staff and others to provide service excellence and participate in staff meetings, events, and team gatherings.
