Friday availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM is required, and no insurance experience or licensing is needed. You will support the front desk, manage messages, and help maintain a welcoming office

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls.

• Take accurate messages and communicate information to the team.
• Assist with basic front-office and administrative tasks as needed.
• Help maintain an organized, welcoming office environment.
• Schedule: Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; optional additional hours Mon-Thu 3:00–5:00 PM.
