Friday availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM is required, and no insurance experience or licensing is needed. You will support the front desk, manage messages, and help maintain a welcoming office

Qualifications

Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
Punctual and dependable with attention to detail.
Experience in receptionist, admin, or customer service is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls.
Listen to customer needs and direct calls to the appropriate team member.
Take accurate messages and communicate information to the team.
Assist with basic front-office and administrative tasks as needed.
Help maintain an organized, welcoming office environment.
Schedule: Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; optional additional hours Mon-Thu 3:00–5:00 PM.
