Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance with laws and standards.
• Build relationships with customers by offering custom framing solutions and delivering sales results.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and shelves.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
• Participate in truck unload and stocking to ensure efficiency and budget adherence.
• Follow shrink and safety programs.
