Job summary

The Michaels Companies Colorado Springs store is seeking a friendly team member to assist customers with framing solutions and product selection. You will help customers find what they need, build custom framing options, and ensure accurate, on-time framing orders.

Responsibilities include maintaining the frame department, processing sales, handling cash, and supporting Omni channel processes in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience and sales skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Build relationships with customers while creating Custom Framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find what they need.
• Operate cash register and cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
