Job summary

Michaels Fairfax, VA store is seeking a Store Associate to build customer relationships while helping shoppers find custom framing solutions and maintain a well merchandised, in-stock environment.

You will complete framing orders with high quality and on-time delivery, operate the cash register, and support Omni channel processes while upholding SOPs and safety programs. Lifting and standing are required.

Qualifications

• basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
• retail experience.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships while creating custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Operate cash register and cash handling to standards.
• Maintain the ready made frame department and other assigned areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist Omni channel processes.
