Michaels Germantown is seeking a friendly retail team member to build relationships with customers, assist with framing solutions, and help shoppers find exactly what they need. You will follow SOPs, keep the store clean and well merchandised, and participate in truck unloading and stocking.

Responsibilities include completing framing orders on time, operating the cash register, supporting omni-channel processes, and providing a safe, climate controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to measure and assist with framing selections.
• Experience handling retail transactions is a plus.
