Michaels Allentown-Bethlehem store is seeking a customer-focused team member to help customers select framing solutions, stock shelves, and process sales. You’ll complete framing orders accurately and maintain a clean, well-merchandised store.

This role emphasizes friendly service and adherence to SOPs while supporting safety and store operations. You will assist with omni-channel processes, operate the cash register, and contribute to a positive, high-performing team in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and provide custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with on-time, high-quality results.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and stock.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist omni-channel processes.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading and stocking when needed.
