Job summary

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance with laws and standards.
• Build relationships with customers while delivering custom framing solutions and achieving sales targets.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and stock levels, including replenishment processes.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products and shop the store.
• Support Omni-channel processes and inventory management.
• Other duties as assigned.
