Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Framing Associate in Quakertown to help customers select framing solutions and manage a well merchandised store. You will assist customers, process purchases, and support framing orders with accuracy and speed.

Responsibilities include operating framing equipment, maintaining stock, handling cash, and contributing to a clean, safe store environment while working a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and mornings.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience and experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Deliver sales and production results in framing orders.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas including replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they are looking for.
• Operate the cash register and cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
