Job summary

Goodwill Legacy Group in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a Full-Time Forklift Driver at $16/hr to support production and distribution across retail outlets and warehouse environments.

You will operate forklifts, load/unload deliveries, assist with inventory accuracy, and uphold safety and organization across facilities. This role requires a current forklift certification or the ability to obtain it, and a commitment to teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Current Forklift Operator certification or ability to obtain.
• Familiarity with warehouse processes including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Teamwork, communication, and safety-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments and move products to storage areas.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment to load and unload materials.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
