R+L Carriers in Chicago, IL is seeking a Part-time Forklift Operator to move all types of freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53’ long on a roofed, non climate-controlled dock.

This role offers hourly pay of $22.36 USD, with paid sick leave after 30 days and paid leave after 90 days, plus an excellent benefits package including medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) with company matching, paid vacation and holidays, and access to exclusive employee resorts.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required.
• Ability to read manifests.
• Ability to read/interact with a computer display.
• Must be dependable and able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Some LTL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53’ long.
• Operate a forklift on a roofed but non-climate-controlled dock.
