Job summary

R+L Carriers in Wichita, KS is hiring part-time Forklift Operators for a Monday–Friday schedule across various shifts. You will move freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53 feet, on a roofed but non-climate-controlled dock.

Starting pay is $24.23 per hour, with vacation after 90 days and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company matching, vacation lodging at our exclusive employee resorts, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty.
• Ability to read manifests.
• Ability to read/interact with a computer display.
• Forklift experience.
• Must be dependable and able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Previous forklift exp in a fast-paced environment.
• Some LTL experiences.

Responsibilities

• Move freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53' long.
• Operate a forklift on a roofed but non-climate-controlled dock.
