Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand written material and follow instructions.
• Must obtain a Food Handler's Certificate and/or complete food handler's training.
• Must be physically able to frequently lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain serving counter with glasses, silverware, condiments and beverages.
• Clean tables, remove trash, and transport dishes to the dishwashing area.
• Wash dishes and clean equipment, utensils, and work surfaces following safety procedures.
• Assist in kitchen areas with food prep tasks as instructed by supervisor.
• Carry supplies between storeroom, kitchen and dining area and run errands.
