Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a part-time Food Service Worker at the University of Mount Union in Alliance, OH. The role runs from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, supporting hot and cold food prep, guest service, and station setup.

The candidate should have previous food service experience and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities include serving guests, maintaining cleanliness, and following safety and quality standards. We conduct pre-employment drug testing. EOE.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of hot and/or cold foods and properly store food.
• Set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, and utensils.
• Interact with guests in serving, retail and dining areas.
• Greet guests with a smile and maintain friendly, respectful service.
• Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment following safety rules.
• Maintain a fast pace and multitask effectively during shifts.
