Job summary

Voodoo Brewing Co. Erie is seeking a reliable Part-Time Food Runner / Barback to assist during our busiest nights and events. You will help keep food moving, support bartenders, and ensure a clean, welcoming dining area.

This role is fast-paced and team-driven, with evening shifts primarily on Thursdays–Saturdays and during special events. Training will be provided, and compensation includes a $7.25 hourly wage plus tip pool participation.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with good time management.
• Able to work quickly while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong teamwork and communication within a restaurant/bar setting.

Responsibilities

• Run food from kitchen to guests quickly and accurately.
• Monitor pickup area and ensure orders reach the correct guests.
• Clear and reset tables between parties.
• Keep dining and service areas clean and organized.
• Restock napkins, utensils, condiments, glassware, and supplies.
• Assist bartenders with basic barback duties during busy periods.
• Help collect and organize glassware.
• Assist with dishes and general cleanup as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Communicate with bartenders and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly.
• Assist with other tasks during events and high-volume periods.
