Job summary

Voodoo Brewing Co. Erie Pub is hiring a bartender who enjoys craft beer, specialty cocktails, and delivering a great guest experience. You will engage with guests, make beer and cocktail recommendations, take orders, run food, and help 운영 the pub during live events.

Join a community-focused venue with flexible part-time scheduling, daily tip pool sharing, and on-site training in craft beer and cocktails. Pennsylvania-serving alcohol certification is required or in progress.

Qualifications

• Bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable engaging with guests.
• Able to work quickly and remain professional under pressure.
• Available for flexible shifts, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must meet Pennsylvania requirements for serving alcohol.
• RAMP certification preferred or completed as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive guest service.
• Prepare beer, cocktails, wine, and nonalcoholic drinks.
• Learn our craft beer lineup and make recommendations.
• Take orders and process payments accurately; run food.
• Verify identification and follow responsible alcohol-service standards.
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized.
• Complete opening and closing duties.
• Support teammates during busy service and special events.

Heberle and Chiaramonte Hospitality Group, LLC, doing business as Voodoo Brewing Co. Erie Pub, is hiring an outgoing and dependable bartender who enjoys craft beer, specialty cocktails, and creating a great guest experience.

Our bartenders do more than pour drinks. They engage with guests, make beer and cocktail recommendations, take orders, run food, and help keep the pub operating smoothly. We host live music, trivia, dart leagues, and community events, so every shift brings something different.
