Job summary

Sports & Social Dolphin Mall is seeking a part-time FOH Hourly Supervisor to oversee front-of-house operations at the Dolphin Mall venue in Miami. The role ensures service standards, staff supervision, and adherence to health and safety regulations while supporting promotional programs to drive guest satisfaction and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service setting, strong communication skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1-2 years restaurant management experience in a full service restaurant/nightclub or similar setting.
• Hospitality Management Degree or some college preferred.
• Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures.
• Adhere to regulations concerning health safety or other compliance requirements.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of one or more food and/or beverage outlets or assigned portion of the operation.
• Plan and organize work.
• Communicate and enforce policies and procedures.
• Recommend and/or initiate staffing actions in accordance with company rules and policies.
• Alert management of potentially serious issues.
• Ensure staff are properly trained and certified.
