Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years restaurant management experience in a full service venue.
• Hospitality management degree or some college preferred.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of one or more food and/or beverage outlets or assigned portion of the operation.
• Plan and organize work; communicate and enforce policies and procedures.
• Assist in developing new menus, promos, and local F&B marketing programs.
• Monitor performance via guest feedback and financial results; initiate corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory controls, security of assets, and cost minimization.
• Achieve budgeted revenues and labor cost goals; support annual operating budget.
• Coordinate events scheduled for the venue and ensure facilities are clean and stocked.
