Job summary

Falcon Farms is seeking a Part-Time Flower Merchandiser to visit various stores and ensure displays are immaculate and engaging. You will restock inventory, use a mobile device to report activities, and interact professionally with staff and customers across multiple locations.

The role includes paid training, a mobile phone allowance, and route-based transportation reimbursement. Peak-season availability is required, with daily morning shifts on selected days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• During key dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, ensure the store is prepared for festive demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Support teammates with special activities when needed.
