Falcon Farms Inc is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to enhance store displays across various locations within your territory. You will help ensure flowers are presented beautifully to delight shoppers and support our customer relationships.

You will receive paid training, a mobile phone allowance, route-based transportation reimbursement, and flexible hours on Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings plus Saturday shifts during peak season. Join a team that values quality and commitment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive in each store.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use a mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support festive-season readiness for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
• Assist in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when needed.
• Work independently while collaborating with local teams for display optimization.
