Job summary

Falcon Farms is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit stores within your territory. You will help ensure displays are immaculate, restock inventory, and engage with store teams to create eye-catching presentations.

This role offers a consistent morning schedule and real-world impact on customer experience. Pay is $17.00 per hour with training, a mobile phone allowance, and route-based transportation reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• During festive seasons: ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Support teammates with special activities as needed.
