Job summary

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to service stores across assigned routes. You will ensure attractive displays, restock inventory, and communicate with supervisors via mobile devices.

Prioritizing customer interaction, you will collaborate with local teams to maintain product quality and prevent stockouts. Daily responsibilities include independent work with scheduled visits and seasonal peak coverage; training is provided, with benefits for full-time staff as noted.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Face of Falcon Farms in each store; collaborate directly with clients.
• Work independently while collaborating with local teams to create displays and optimize inventory.
• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use a mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally with employees, managers, and customers.
• During festive seasons, ensure stores are prepared for demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments.
• Support teammates with special activities as needed.
