Job summary

Falcon Farms is seeking a PART-TIME Flower Merchandiser to help keep our floral displays vibrant across multiple stores. This role offers early morning shifts in a diverse retail territory, with an emphasis on presentation and customer experience.

You will restock and organize inventory, ensure displays are immaculate, and report activities via a mobile device. Paid training, a mobile phone allowance, and route reimbursement are provided, along with access to health benefits for eligible

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• During key dates, ensure each store is prepared for festive demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• You will support your teammates with special activities when needed.
