Job summary

Colibri/Gold Coast is seeking a Florida Real Estate Instructor to teach Pre-Licensing, Post-Licensing, and Continuing Education courses. The role involves explaining material, delivering live Zoom sessions, and engaging adult learners with practical real estate math concepts.

Applicants must hold a Florida Real Estate Instructors Permit and be able to teach evenings, weekends, and weekdays, in line with state guidelines and program compliance.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain a Florida Real Estate Instructors permit
• Possess extensive knowledge of the course material
• Possess significant knowledge and understanding of Florida real estate laws and industry practices
• Ability to teach classroom and livestream students via Zoom
• Effective public speaking and communication to adults of all ages
• Ability to understand and teach real estate math concepts
• Ability and willingness to teach a minimum of 3 different real estate courses
• Be willing to teach evening, weekends, and weekdays

Responsibilities

• Teach students by explaining course material rather than simply reading it
• Operate and present courses via PowerPoint slide presentations
• Use required equipment and platforms, including microphones, electronic whiteboards, and Zoom
• Exhibit ethical behavior in the classroom
• Adhere to dress codes and grooming standards
• Start and end classes at prescribed times
• Cooperate with staff requests concerning classroom documentation
• Conduct classes in compliance with Colibri/Gold Coast and State of Florida guidelines
• Promote other Gold Coast programs and products to students
• Adhere to Colibri/Gold Coast policies and guidelines
• Conduct Pre-Licensing, Post-Licensing, and continuing education training
