Qualifications

• Florida Real Estate Instructor permit is required.
• Extensive knowledge of Florida real estate laws and industry practices.
• Ability to teach classroom and livestream students via Zoom.
• Excellent public speaking and communication to adults of all ages.
• Willingness to teach a minimum of 3 different real estate courses and to work evenings, weekends, and weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Teach Pre-Licensing, Post-Licensing, and continuing education courses.
• Deliver course content via classroom instruction and Zoom presentations.
• Maintain ethical classroom conduct and adhere to dress and grooming standards.
• Begin and end classes on time and collaborate with staff for documentation.
• Promote Gold Coast programs and Colibri materials to students.
