Colibri Group seeks a part-time Real Estate Instructor to teach for Hondros College. You will use provided content to deliver courses, lead discussions, and illustrate real-world examples to students.

Classes may occur during the day with options for evenings/weekends. Requires 3–5 years as a licensed real estate professional and an active license; instruction may be onsite and via Zoom.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years as licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney.
• Active real estate license (salesperson or broker) required.
• DREI certification preferred.
• Previous instruction or training experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruct assigned courses according to the course plan.
• Actively engage with students.
• Utilize webinar/livestreaming technology and online instruction.
• Participate in faculty curriculum and ad-hoc meetings.
• Daytime availability is required starting in September.
