Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a Florida Real Estate Instructor permit.
• Extensive knowledge of Florida real estate laws and industry practices.
• Ability to teach both classroom and livestream via Zoom.
• Willingness to teach evenings, weekends and weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Pre-Licensing, Post-Licensing and continuing education courses.
• Present material effectively using PowerPoint and other equipment.
• Ensure classroom and livestream sessions comply with Colibri/Gold Coast guidelines.
• Promote Gold Coast programs to students.
