Colibri Group seeks experienced Real Estate instructors for Pre-Licensing, Post-Licensing, and continuing education programs in our South Florida campuses.

Instructors must hold a Florida Real Estate Instructors permit and demonstrate strong classroom and online teaching skills, including Zoom, PowerPoint, and live delivery to adults of all backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive knowledge of the course material.
• Extensive understanding of Florida real estate laws and practices.
• Able to teach classroom and livestream students via Zoom.
• Effective public speaking and communication to adults.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Pre-Licensing, Post-Licensing and continuing education training.
• Teach in Florida campuses and via Zoom as needed.
• Promote and uphold Colibri/Gold Coast policies and guidelines.

Gold Coast offers various schedules for pre-license and continuing education courses in English and Spanish throughout their Florida locations.

We are seeking experienced Real Estate instructors to conduct Pre-Licensing,

Post-Licensing and continuing education training in our South Florida campuses.

Skills:

• Possess extensive knowledge of the course material
• Possess significant knowledge and understanding of Florida real estate laws and industry practices
• Able to teach classroom and livestream students via Zoom
• Effective public speaking and communication to adults of all ages
• Ability to understand and teach real estate math concepts
• “Teach students, not material”. Meaning, not reading material to students, but explaining to them.
• Demonstrate the ability to operate and present the course via power point slide presentations, use any other equipment as required, including but not limited to:
  • Microphone
  • Electronic whiteboard
  • Zoom platform

• Possess and maintain a Florida Real Estate Instructors permit
• Exhibit ethical behavior in the classroom at all times
• Adhere to all dress codes and be neatly groomed
• Start and end class at the prescribed times
• Cooperate with all staff requests concerning classroom documentation
• Conduct the classroom in compliance with Colibri/Gold Coast and State of Florida guidelines
• Ability and willingness to teach a minimum of 3 different real estate courses
• Have reliable transportation and be willing to teach at a minimum of 2 different campuses
• Be willing to teach evening, weekends, and weekdays
• Exhibit strict adherence to Colibri/Gold Coast policies and guidelines
• Promote other Gold Coast programs and products to Gold Coast students.
