Job summary

Harris Teeter is hiring for a part-time position. The Associate will take excellent care of customers by meeting their needs and exceeding expectations, while stocking produce, packaging, and assisting with floral duties as needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English.
• Completion of Harris Teeter training including food safety and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Take excellent care of customers by satisfying needs and exceeding expectations.
• Stock/pack produce per standards; unload stock; reload salvage.
• Perform floral clerk duties when assigned.
