Qualifications

• Proficient with cash register and till.
• Demonstrates basic math skills with and without a calculator.
• Ability to write legibly and read with comprehension as needed for the role.
• Knowledge of product to properly assist customers for a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Operates cash register, including responsibility of cash till.
• Wraps flowers and box arrangements.
• Assists customers with orders placed.
• Waters and maintains all plants according to watering schedule.
• Upsell where appropriate.
• Provides exceptional customer service.
• Stocks supplies as needed.
• Maintains current knowledge of product.
