Westborn Market in Berkley, MI is seeking a Floral Associate to provide friendly, knowledgeable service at the floral counter. You will interact with customers, assist with orders, process payments, and maintain product knowledge while upholding store standards.

Job Description

This position will require interaction with the customer when placing orders, suggesting products and processing payment for the transaction. Professional and efficient service to customers is expected all while demonstrating a high level of product knowledge.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Operates cash register, including responsibility of cash till
• Wraps flowers and box arrangements
• Assists customers with orders placed
• Waters and maintains all plants according to watering schedule
