You will lead product demonstrations, educate customers on brand values, and support operational excellence including cash handling and inventory tasks. Flexible evenings/weekends required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Ability to solve problems related to customer service in day-to-day operations.
• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales by coaching the sales team using StoreForce dashboard results and adjust shop floor structure to meet goals.
• Deliver world-class customer experience on the shop floor, including product demonstrations and exceeding daily sales goals.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical positioning, promoting events and traffic-driving initiatives.
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations to meet customer needs.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers to improve performance and growth.
• Foster DEIB by encouraging open communication and inclusive teamwork.
• Manage cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and nightly deposits.
• Lead attendance discipline, monitor breaks, and maintain organization of daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store and implement Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Train the team on inventory best practices and support stock tasks.
