Job summary

Lush Handmade Cosmetics is seeking a Floor Leader in Meridian, Idaho to support the Store Management Team on sales, training, and operations. You will lead a team on the shop floor, coach colleagues, and deliver a world-class customer experience while communicating Lush brand values and ethical commitments.

Your day involves driving sales, training staff, and maintaining store visuals, stock, and procedures to ensure a smooth, positive shopping environment for customers and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures experience.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback and training.
• Problem solving in day-to-day customer service issues.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Preferred: experience with consultation-based service models.
• Preferred: experience analyzing sales metrics.
• Preferred: experience in skincare or cosmetics, DEIB training, and Spanish or French language skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by coaching the team and adjusting shop floor structure to meet goals.
• Lead on customer experience with product demos and service excellence.
• Educate customers on brand values and ethical commitments in-store.
• Deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors to raise performance and sales.
• Oversee cash handling, opening/closing, and store operations.
