Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics in Meridian, Idaho seeks a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on sales, training, and store operations. You’ll lead a team of sales associates on the shop floor and drive a memorable customer experience while upholding brand values and operational standards.

Responsibilities include coaching the team, achieving sales goals, and participating in merchandising and stock tasks. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures experience.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving in day-to-day customer service issues.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales on the shop floor using coaching and dashboard insights, and adjust floor structure to meet goals.
• Lead and inspire a team to deliver world-class customer experiences and meet daily targets.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical practices to build brand loyalty.
• Develop and mentor Sales Ambassadors to improve performance and skills.
