Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader for Mall of Louisiana. You will lead a team on the shop floor, coach sales associates, and ensure a exceptional customer experience while upholding brand values.

Responsibilities include driving sales, training, cash handling, and maintaining merchandising standards. Flexible schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays; pay is $16.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in: customer service and sales
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations
• A fast-paced team environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: Coach the sales team using StoreForce results and adjust shop floor structure to meet sales goals.
• Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service, demonstrate products, and exceed daily sales targets.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush values and ethical practices; engage community.
• Product Passion: Expand product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
• Development: Train and coach Ambassadors; support team growth and performance.
• DEIB: Foster belonging, open communication, and inclusive teamwork.
• Operational Excellence: Manage cash handling, opening/closing, and store security.
• Time & Attendance: Lead by example on punctuality and manage shifts and breaks.
• Visuals & Merchandising: Keep store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Stock & Inventory: Train on inventory best practices and adjust displays based on sales.
• Policies: Ensure compliance with company standards for opening/closing and safety.
