Skechers is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader (Key Holder) in Overland Park, KS. You will oversee daily store operations, mentor your team, and help deliver exceptional customer service while supporting sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder / Shift Leader / Retail Supervisor is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service and guide customers to ensure a great fit and experience.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and security.
• Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Help achieve store and individual sales goals with effective selling techniques.
• Execute merchandising, restock products, and keep the store clean.
• Oversee stock/inventory with store management on operational needs.
• Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth experience for customers.
