Job summary

Lush Cosmetics is seeking a Part-Time Floor Leader in Roseville. You will support the Store Management Team, drive sales, lead training sessions, and ensure an exceptional customer experience on the shop floor.

You’ll coach a team of Sales Ambassadors, manage cash handling and opening/closing responsibilities, and uphold brand values such as cruelty-free, handmade skincare. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Ability to solve day-to-day customer service issues in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a world-class customer experience on the shop floor.
• Lead and train Sales Ambassadors to improve performance and product knowledge.
• Manage cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and daily store tasks.
• Maintain visuals, stock, and merchandising to support sales and brand standards.
• Support DEIB and create a positive, productive team environment.
