Job summary

The Build-A-Bear workshop in Riverside, CA is seeking a Sales Lead (Floor Leader on Duty). You will model Experience First service, guide a team of Bear Builders, and drive store sales during designated shifts.

When not on duty, you perform Bear Builder duties while upholding brand standards. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, can commit to 15–25 hours per week, and may have an Associate’s degree in business or management.
