Buckle in Murfreesboro is seeking a Part-Time Leader in Training and Floor Leader to support sales, merchandising and daily operations. You will work closely with store management to drive guest satisfaction, develop Teammates and maintain a high-energy, customer-focused environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, showmanship, and a strong sense of teamwork, with responsibilities across guest service, merchandising, and operations in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related retail experience.
• Ability to lead, coach Teammates and provide legendary service.
• Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests with merchandise and fulfill sales goals.
