Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related retail experience.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to recruit and develop Teammates and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise; help locate items.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales per hour and store goals.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high standards in all areas of the store.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and development of Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store and ensure adherence to policies and loss prevention.
