Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America in Huntington Beach is seeking a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team, drive sales, motivate staff, and deliver an exceptional customer experience on the shop floor.

You will coach sales ambassadors, lead by example in product demonstrations and skincare knowledge, ensure inventory and visuals are top-notch, and uphold DEIB and store policies while opening/closing and handling cash.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
Ability to solve customer service issues in daily operations.
Thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
