You will work under the direction of the Branch Manager across multiple market locations, handling transactions and supporting sales initiatives. Responsibilities include greeting customers, cross-selling bank products, inputting referrals, and maintaining data quality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0 years of job-related experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of banking policies, consumer products and services.
• Licensure: Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry preferred but may be required.
• Willingness to drive and travel for onboarding/training.

Responsibilities

• Promote the sales process by greeting customers and identifying service and product needs.
• Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling bank products and services.
• Identify and achieve weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Complete lifecycle of new and existing relationships per consumer bank standards.
• Perform routine teller transactions and other operations according to policies.
• Support risk management and compliance in daily activities.
