Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Floating Relationship Banker in Altoona, PA. The role focuses on consumer banking, account servicing and lending with cross-selling of bank products.

You may work at multiple market locations, greeting customers and handling transactions while pursuing weekly sales goals. Strong customer service and communication skills are required, along with basic banking knowledge. This is a full-time position in Retail, with standard branch duties and risk compliance

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 0 years of related experience required.
• Knowledge of banking policies and consumer products preferred.
• Mortgage licensing system experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through greeting customers, identifying needs and leveraging leads.
• Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling bank products and services.
• Achieve weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Perform routine teller transactions and other operational tasks.
